SHOP POLICY

• Orders will be started once payment is received. All of my items sold are custom/handmade to order; therefore, it is not possible to cancel your order once check out is complete and the process has started.

• My processing time on accessories is between 2-4 weeks, on tumblers, it is between 4-10 weeks. These times could be longer during Holiday/Busy Seasons. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of my current processing time and to make contact via e-mail prior to ordering if the item is needed by a specific date. Rush Orders are available for an additional fee.

• Due to the custom nature of these items and for hygienic reasons I do not accept returns or exchanges. Every effort is made to ensure your item is as close to perfect as possible. If you feel there is an error/problem with your order at any fault of mine, or if your item is damaged in transit, contact me within 72 hours from delivery and I will make it right.
